Our Inchanga Technical School classroom appeal has brought in some wonderful donations! One company, a long-standing supporter of ours, donated £8,800 to pay for the roof for two classrooms. Another company in Pinetown, South Africa, donated the galvanised corrugated iron for the roof, meaning that some of the £8,800.00 donated can now be put towards the cost of the windows! A huge thank you to both these companies.
We would also like to thank Mpilo Nxumalo who raised £225 through his Birthday Fundraiser which he asked us to put towards the Technical School project. We are so grateful for this support, thank you!
As you can see from the photos, big strides are being made and the walls for two classrooms are now going up.

But to complete the two classrooms, we still need to raise:
£1,955 (R40,000.00 South African Rands) – for doors & windows per classroom
£1,222 (R25,000.00 South African Rands) – electrics per classroom
£270 (R5,500.00 South African Rands) – the ceiling per classroom
Please consider supporting this project and share this appeal https://www.facebook.com/HillcrestAIDSUK/ You might be interested in holding a birthday fundraiser through Facebook or you can just donate directly and securely here. And if you are a UK taxpayer, then you can Gift Aid your donation which makes your wonderful donation go even further.
There are no hidden costs – 100% of your donations goes directly to building the technical school classrooms.
Thank you!
