This Saturday 1st December is World AIDS Day. To raise money for UK AIDS charities, Park Road Pools and Fitness, run by Fusion is holding free swimming sessions in their wonderful heated lido. Although the swims are free, you will need to book your swimming session in advance by visiting:

The swimming session times are:
10.30 – 11.30
12.00 – 13.00
13.30 – 14.30
Instead of the usual admission charge, Fusion is asking for donations on the day. Every penny they raise will go to UK AIDS charities.
We will also be there with our stall, selling AIDS pins and wonderful South African beaded jewellery.
