Celebrating Culinary Stars!

September 16, 2025

We are bursting with pride for the incredible hospitality students at the Obed Mlaba Technical School in Inchanga! They’ve completed their highly anticipated practical exam, and what a feast they prepared!

The talented students transformed the school’s hospitality training kitchen into a bustling hub of culinary creativity. For this year’s exam, they meticulously prepared, cooked, and served a delicious buffet, showcasing all the skills they’ve learned throughout their course. Every detail was a testament to their hard work, right down to the beautifully laid tables.

A huge thank you to their amazing teacher, Mrs Malevu, who leads the course and who served as one of the esteemed judges for the day! Her guidance and passion are truly making a difference to these students’ lives.

This hospitality training course provides invaluable skills for these bright young individuals. To help equip more students for employment in hospitality, please consider donating here today. Every contribution helps maintain the high standards of this wonderful program.
