Awesome!! Fabulous funds have been raised to build another two classrooms at the Obed Mlaba Technical School in Inchanga, South Africa. This is in addition to the classrooms we built in 2022.
As you can see from the pictures building work has begun, starting with preparing the land and the pouring of the concrete base.

The new classrooms will provide the children with much-needed space for learning and will help to reduce the large class sizes, making teaching and classroom management easier.
We are truly grateful to our partner and friend, Libby Weir, for her invaluable fundraising for Obed Mlaba Technical School. In association with her Rotary Club in Australia and other funders, Libby has funded technical and learning equipment, equipped the hospitality classroom, and is assisting with the construction of the two new classrooms.
“I have been involved with the Obed Mlaba School since its beginning, recognising how important a role it could play in a very disadvantaged community,” says Libby Weir.
