Margaret is back in South Africa where she has had the chance to visit Inchanga Technical School who we work with in the Valley of 1000 Hills and see what the students have been up to. She said, “It was amazing to see the learners studying Hospitality at the school, they are working to such a high standard.”
The current Grade 12 group have been focusing on their Matriculation, (their final high school exams), showing their ability to plan a menu, prepare and cook the food, dress the tables for service, and serve the customers, who for the purpose of the examinations are the lucky teachers!
I think you will agree that the tables look lovely and the food mouth-watering! Well done to all the students and good luck with your grades.
We are so very grateful to everyone funding our continued involvement in the Inchanga Technical School Project. If you too would like to help support this project, then please donate here. Every penny raised makes a huge difference. Thank you.

We are a registered UK charity raising funds to support children impacted by HIV and AIDS and rural township schools. All money raised goes directly to the projects.
