Progress for success!

Classroom management training at Charles Hugo Primary School May 2023

We love seeing the progress made by schools involved in our Behaviour Management Training Programme. Regular feedback makes this possible and is also a crucial part of the programme.

A recent review with the senior team at the Charles Hugo Primary School near Durban provided our Founder and Trustee, Dr Margaret Turnbull, an opportunity to look at the successes the teachers are having with their students. It also provided the chance to discuss the strategies being used and to iron out any issues the staff were coming up against.

The Behaviour Management Training Programme provides direction, strategies, and support for the staff which enables them to set clear expectations and goals for the pupils. These expectations could refer to pupil behaviour when entering a classroom, or activities in the classroom particularly when changing from individual work to class discussion. By improving pupil behaviour, the learning environment becomes more conducive so that teaching and learning outcomes are more successful. Everyone wins!

To help keep this valuable training going please donate here. Every single penny goes where it is needed and goes a long way.
